Abstract

The article presents a one-day meal plan designed to help reduce inflammation, blood pressure, cholesterol and triglycerides. For breakfast, low-sodium vegetable juice cocktail, one cup of oatmeal and two hard-boiled eggs are recommended. Curried turkey salad and dark chocolate with walnuts are suggested for lunch. For snacks, fat-free Greek yogurt, papaya slices or roasted lentils are advised.
