Presents a cavity-directed synthesis of labile silanol oligomers within self-assembled coordination cages. Analysis on the regulation of chemical reactions by the hollow compounds; Observation of the x-ray crystallographic studies; Demonstration of the cavities direct the oligomerization reaction.
