Abstract: The article offers news briefs in the U.S. related to mental health care. In Kansas, the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) campaigns to entice voters to vote for an amendment to the state constitution during a referendum slated on November 2, 2010. A class action lawsuit is brought against California after it eliminated funding for a mental health program.
