Abstract

The article presents an overview on the commonly held misconceptions on the nature of dyslexia and its relation to education. It mentions the things that affect the memory that set a difficult factor in its impact with the dyslexics. It highlights that knowledge has nothing to do with intellectual capabilities, stressing that the acquisition of memory is all about teaching. It also notes the significance of effective teaching on the educational needs of dyslexic students.
