Abstract
- The article discusses fund manager Joseph F. Skowron of hedge fund firm FrontPoint Partners LLC. He has been placed on leave following accusations that confidential information provided to a fund manager at FrontPoint by Dr. Yves M. Benhamou helped prevent $30 million in investing losses. Before going into finance Skowron obtained a doctorate in cell biology and was a resident in orthopedic surgery.
