Abstract: The article presents suggestions from several leaders in the gay community on how to avoid becoming stressed during the winter holiday season. Barry Jay, founder of the Barry's Bootcamp exercise program, recommends staying active and exercising as a way to stay depression free. Benjamin and Doug Burkham, founders of the men's clothing line Burkman Bros., advise people to give environmentally friendly gifts. Steven Petrow, gay author, suggests donating to charity rather than purchasing gifts.
