Abstract
- The article presents an update on criminal law legislation in Great Britain as of December 2010. The Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 Order 2010 which took effect last July 23, 2010 specifies a group of cathinone derivatives as subject to control as Class B drugs under that Act. Responses to a Consultation Paper on Criminal Liability in Regulatory Contexts issued by the Law Commission on August 25, 2010 will be accepted until November 25.
