Abstract
- The article reports on the U.S. state's participation in the implementation of plans from the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) statewide and federal programs from greenhouse (GHGs) to New Source Review (NSR). It highlights the EPA's official proposal for regulating greenhouse gases on August 12, 2010 in support to the Clean Air Act framework. It elaborates the 2011 GHG Tailoring Rule and the industrial requisition for air permit.
