Gallbladder Endometrioma Associated with Obstructive Jaundice and a Serous Ovarian Cystic Adenoma.

The article presents a case study of a 26-year-old woman with severe right upper quadrant (RUQ) abdominal pain associated with light-colored stool, deep jaundice, dark-colored urine and repeated emesis. She was afebrile but in distress with visible scleral and cutaneous jaundice during physical examination. The article discusses the clinicopathological findings and pathogenesis.
