Valuing Abilities, Despite Disabilities.

The article offers the author's insights on the compliance of the Foreign Service (FS) sector in the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). He notes that disabled FS members should be given the opportunity to advance on a level playing field and to higher levels.
