Abstract: The article focuses on the documents released by WikiLeaks, the nonprofit media organization which leaks classified information from the U.S. government, and its effect on Israel. On April 5, 2010, WikiLeaks exposed a 2007 U.S. military video shot showing an unprovoked killing of a dozen Iraqi civilians and two Reuters news staff. WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange also shared all the classified U.S. State Department material with select mainstream newspapers, including "Le Monde," in France, "El Pais," in Spain, and "The Guardian," in Great Britain.
