Abstract
- The article looks at the development of the Lockheed Martin F-35 Joint Strike Fighter plane, focusing on the difficulties of finding funding for the project. The author notes that U.S. defense spending may be restricted in 2011. The proposition of developing a F136 alternate jet engine using F-35 funding is discussed.
