Abstract
- The purpose of this note is to correct some statements and numerical results in the above paper. In particular, we will show that the stability criterion in refid="ref1"/ is equivalent to that in refid="ref2"/, rather than less conservative as claimed, and the criterion in refid="ref2"/ does apply to the numerical example suggested in refid="ref1"/.
