ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT CONTROLLING CO2 EMISSIONS REMAINS A DIVISIVE ISSUE.

The article reports on the promise of U.S. House leaders who oversee energy and environmental issues to investigate and eliminate regulations which they claim have resulted to job cuts. A letter was written by Representative Fred Upton (R-Michigan) for Energy Secretary Steven Chu which criticized the stimulus spending of the administration of President Barack Obama.
