Abstract
- The article discusses the risk for psychological distress and unwillingness to work brought by low organizational justice (OJ) in Japan. It notes that the seniority-based component for employee wages and the employee appraisal system has been replaced by a performance-based approach. It mentions that the relationship between OJ and psychological distress can be mediated by job satisfaction.
