Abstract

The article presents a case study of a 16-year-old girl with acute myocardial infarction and pyelonephritis history. It says that electrocardiography (ECG) showed nonspecific changes in ST-T-segment and mild cardiac enzymes elevation. It mentions that a coronary angiography was performed due to focal ischemic ECG changes and reduced ventricular function with disturbance abnormalities shown by echocardiography. It adds that myocardial infarction is considered as an alternative diagnosis.
