Abstract
- The article focuses on the U.S. Missile Defense Agency (MDA). The agency's relationship with its contractors, particularly agency complaints about quality control at the company Coleman Aerospace, is considered. Unsuccessful tests of a missile defense system created by the company Lockheed Martin are examined.
