Shock-induced reaction in hydrogen peroxide.

Hydrogen Peroxide has been known as an explosive for many years and has been used as such in several limited applications. It is also notorious for its instability with regard to organic materials, metal powders and temperature. It does, however, offer the opportunity to study shock-induced reaction in a very simple chemical system.
