Abstract: The article presents several case studies related to the treatment of pathological gambling (PG) with disulfiram. The 44-year-old married male presented with intensive craving for gambling and conflicts with his wife has reported complete remission of sedation and reduction of craving after one week of discontinued use of disulfiram. Meanwhile, the 56-year-old divorced and unemployed male has developed a psychotic syndrome after 10 days of disulfiram medication.
