Abstract
- This article provides updates related to criminal law in Great Britain as of April 2011. The Identity Documents Act of 2010 received Royal Assent in December 2010 repealing the Identity Cards Act of 2006. The Ministry of Justice released a consultation paper on reforming the sentencing system. The House of Commons received the proposed Police Reform and Social Responsibility Bill of 2010.
