Abstract
- Information about several papers discussed at the Fifth Congress of the Federation of Asian Oceanian Neuroscience Societies (FAONS) and 28th Annual Conference of the Indian Academy of Neurosciences (IAN) held from November 25-28, 2011 which tackles about brain ageing and dementia is presented. Topics include brain-ageing associated anatomical and functional changes and dementia and advancements in therapeutic strategies. The symposium featured speakers including Bindu Dey, and Hitoshi Okamoto.
