The new OCLC report Perceptions of Libraries 2010 offers librarians a valuable end-user viewpoint of library services in today's information-rich environment. The result is cause for major concern. Library administrators should view the findings as a call to action; a time for revolutionary, not evolutionary, thought in how the future of library services will be defined and implemented.
