Abstract
- The article looks at Jürgen Grossman, president of the German power company RWE, focusing on his opposition to Germany's policy on nuclear energy. Grossman feels that Germany needs nuclear power to meet its targets for greenhouse-gas emission mitigation and reduction. He has also challenged the three-month moratorium on nuclear power plants which were enacted following concerns over the nuclear plant accident in Japan in March 2011.
