Abstract

The article presents a study on the disclosure and sexual behavior of HIV serodiscordant or serostatus of black men who have sex with men (MSM) in New York City. It says that black MSM who had unprotected anal intercourse (UAI) were recruited in an HIV behavioral study and factors related to sexual risk behavior were evaluated. Results show that almost half of them used alcohol before or during sex, about two-thirds disclose their HIV status, and Internet was associated in their serostatus.
