Abstract
- The article reports on the changes that may occur in Cuba after the Sixth Congress of the Cuban Communist Party in April 2011. Topics include the resignation of the First Secretary of the Communist Party of Cuba Fidel Castro, the proposal of President Raul Castro to reduce the period the future head of state can remain in office, and a broad reconstruction of the Cuban economic model.
