Hybrid On-Line Optimal Control Strategy for Producing α-Amylase by Bacillus subtilis.

The article presents a study on the combined effect of hybrid on-line optimal control strategy for producing α-Amylase by Bacillus subtilis. The optimal combination in the extraction for α-amylase production was identified by the interaction of wheat bran and cotton seed. The temperature-limited strategy was suggested to solve the proteolytic problem and the hybrid strategy of α-amylase increased productivity and efficiency.
