- Information on the International Symposium on Integrated Functionalities (ISIF) in San Juan, Puerto Rico on June 13-16, 2010 is presented. Topics include the science of high-dielectric constant and ferroelectric thin films, integration of materials, and the fabrication and design of advanced devices. The symposium featured various professionals from academia, companies, and national laboratories.
