El equilibrio económico en los contratos administrativos.

This article studies the economic balance principle in the adminis­trative contracts, as a specific principle of this kind of contracts in compara­tive law and in Colombian law. For this purpose, the concept will be specified and the historical precedents and the origin of the figure will be analyzed, the justification of the existence of the principle, the general conditions that allow its application, the juridical instruments available for its claim, and the specific grounds that permit the breach of the economic balance.
