Abstract

The article offers tips on how to stick to a weight loss plan when busy such as making time to prepare healthy meals, having a hearty breakfast, and always having healthy snacks ready to avoid temptation. Additional advice is also provided such as taking brisk walks to boost metabolism, starting meals with a low fat soup or salad, and avoiding long periods of watching television.
