Abstract
- The article focuses on Willie Lee McRae, who has been a caddie at the Pinehurst Resort golf resort in North Carolina since 1943. McRae discusses notable persons for whom he caddied during his career including golfer Gene Sarazen, basketball player Michael Jordan, and U.S. Presidents Gerald Ford, Richard Nixon and Dwight Eisenhower. It is noted that McRae's son Paul is a golf teacher at the resort.
