Abstract
- The article discusses the feedback and evaluation process. Rural preceptors' informal feedback and formal evaluation provides a holistic view of the learner or medical student's ability to function in multiple settings with patients and health care professionals. Putting negative feedback within positive feedback is mentioned. The significance of giving realistic evaluations is noted.
