Abstract

The article focuses on the neuro-opthalmic manifestations of migraine such as opthalmoplegic migraine, migraine photophobia and benign episodic unilateral mydriasis. The author states that ophthalmoplegic migraine occurs when a headache is followed by cranial palsy. He mentions that photophobia is the heightened sensitivity to light causing the headache to worsen. benign episodic unilateral mydriasis, the author notes, is an episode of pupillary dilation accopmanied by problems with near vision.
