Quinoxaline-Embedded Polyacenoquinone Esters: Synthesis, Electronic Properties, and Crystal Structure.

The development of an expedient synthesis toward quinoxaline ring-embedded polyacenoquinone esters with the generic structure A is demonstrated by the synthesis of penta- and hexacenoquinone esters.
