Wegener's granulomatosis is a form of vasculitis of unknown aetiology. We report the case of a 36 years old man with multiple suppurations within the ENT domain, fever uninfluenced by antibiotics and antipyretics, two episodes of acute respiratory distress syndrome, requiring tracheostomy, serology suggestive of Wegener's granulomatosis (high titer of cANCA).
