Abstract
- In this article the authors comment on a study on the prevalence of pulmonary hypertension (PH) in 1,165 patients with systemic sclerosis (SSc) in French and Italian centers. The author asserts that the study claimed that there was a five percent prevalence of PH in patients with SSc. They suggested that the actual PH prevalence could be determined in results of the study, entitled, "Early, Simple, and Reliable Detection of Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) in SSc."
