Abstract
- The article offers the author's insights on the potential advantages and disadvantages of the presence of commissioning professional during start-up of major equipment. She mentions the advance placement of startup plan in order to determine the specific equipment startups that commissioning professional will participate into while technicians handle the startup process. The author suggests the incorporation of system integration checkout and testing elements into the startup process.
