Abstract
- The article looks at the development of intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR), cyberoperations, and unmanned aircraft technology. Officials from the aerospace companies Northrop Grumman and Boeing discuss aircraft designed for the U.S. Air Force's next-generation, long-range bomber program. Dave Deptula, former head of Air Force intelligence, examines opposition to networking systems while Deputy Defense Secretary William Lynn looks at the need for long-range strike systems.
