Abstract
- The article focuses on the ability of the constructive approach to mentoring graduate students to advocate social justice. It is said that mentors serve a role in the support of and advocacy for students going up the social hierarchy. It explores how constructivist mentoring upholds social justice, noting that such approach supports the creation of role relationships.
