Abstract
- The article presents reflections on the management legacy of the late technological designer Steve Jobs. Comments are given mourning the loss of the American inventor in 2011. Several elements of Jobs' leadership style and business strategies are then identified and applied for library science, including focus on user experience and attention to detail.
