Abstract
- The article presents a research study which discusses the development of a loading-constraining device to address the problem of misalignments in mechanical testing. The proposed tool features a specimen auto-alignment component which is designed to reduce bending contributions between testing machine grips. It notes that all results showed good repeatability and regularity.
