Theoretical Foundations and a Research Agenda to Validate Measures of Intercultural Effort.

The article presents a study that investigates the importance measuring the racial bias experiences of students in campuses in reducing racism in the U.S. The authors believes that method is risky because it failed to consider the radical bad practices. Moreover, they suggests the development of revised and new approaches to address the problem.
