Abstract
- The article presents a study which describes the changes in performance on measures of technical quality and patient experience of primary clinics which transformed into level III patient-centered medical homes (PCMH). The study focuses on the 21 primary health clinics of HealthPartners Medical Group in Minnesota which has been recognized by the U.S. National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). The authors state that the rate of improvement in these clinics are slow.
