‘Airlplane headache’ with aura.

The article discusses the case report of airplane headache followed by sensory aura symptoms. A case of a 20 year old woman was discussed regarding the severe pain experience during airplane travels, after every attack it was preceded with typical sensory aura. Although there is still no clarification regarding the airplane headache, the authors associate it with the change in environmental pressure during take off and landing which might cause barotrauma.
