Abstract
- The article presents a study which examines the prevalence of oral mucosal lesions among dermatology outpatients and the relationship between oral mucosal lesions (OML) and smoking, alcohol intake, denture and skin diseases. It mentions that the researchers randomly selected 1041 dermatology outpatients. The authors concluded that oral mucosa should be tested carefully even if patients do not complain of oral lesions.
