Information about several papers discussed at a conference entitled "Human Rights / Social Rights. The Twentieth Century Predicament," held December 2-4, 2010 in Potsdam, Germany and sponsored by the Fritz Thyssen Stiftung and the Zentrum für Zeithistorische Forschung Potsdam, is presented.
