Limits to Performance of Optimum Combining with Dense Multiple Correlated Antennas.

The article explores the performance limits of optimum combined with dense multiple correlated antennas. The authors' evaluation of the asymptotic performance of optimum combining was done with the use of derived expression and eigenvalues of dense correlation matrices' asymptotic analysis. They revealed that in the fixed average received power per antenna, average output signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio is asymptotically a linear function of the number of antennas.
