Abstract
- Rectifying and photovoltaic properties of a LaSrCoO/Si heterostructure have been experimentally studied. The heterostructure exhibits a rectifying behavior, similar to that of the traditional diode. A photovoltaic effect is observed when the heterostructure is exposed to the laser with a wavelength of 532 nm and a power of 6 mW/mm. It is interesting to note that the peak photovoltages initially increase with decreasing temperature, followed by a decrease at T<220 K. This reveals that the photovoltaic effect can be modulated by the intrinsic properties of the LaSrCoO layer. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
