Abstract

The article reports that oil company Exxon Mobil Corp. has been awarded $908 million by an international arbitration board in connection with Venezuela's nationalization of its oil assets in 2007, and that state oil company Petróleos de Venezuela SA says it will pay Exxon $255 million after deducting certain debts it claims Exxon owes.
