Abstract: This article summarizes several papers on medical rehabilitation. The first paper examines the effect of prosthetic ankle units on persons with bilateral transtibial amputations during walking. The second article discusses the impact of the type and mode of propulsion on hand-cycling biomechanics in nondisabled persons. Another paper focuses on self-management among people with neurological disorders.
