Abstract
- The article provides insight on dairy farming forecasts from market analysts and industry experts at the Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board (AHDB) Outlook conference which was held in Westminster, England on April 27, 2011. A consensus has been made that higher prices should encourage dairy farmers to boost their production and reverse the declining milk output. DairyCo market intelligence manager David Swales cites the market prices of several dairy products.
